Power fault recorder is a widely used accident recording and analysis equipment in power system. In terms of function, the fault recording device can be divided into two parts: recording data acquisition and data analysis software.
The wave recording data acquisition records the change process of relevant system electrical quantity and the action behavior of relay protection and installation automatic device after large disturbance of power system (such as short-circuit fault, system oscillation, frequency collapse, voltage collapse, etc.), and stores the collected data as wave recording data file. The analysis of recording data analyzes the fault data file, which provides tools for on-site relay protection technicians to correctly analyze the cause of the accident, study anti accident countermeasures, deal with the accident, evaluate the relay protection function and device operation status, etc.
When a simple fault occurs in the power system, the fault component can be located only by using the switch and protection information, and the reliability of the diagnosis structure is high.
From the appearance, the front door of the fault recording screen adopts tempered glass door for daily operation and maintenance. The rear door is a double door structure with ventilation and heat dissipation holes, and rail merging holes are reserved on the side. A small bus support can be installed on the top of the screen body. The interior of the screen body includes fault recording device, LCD, keyboard, mouse and printer.
Fault recorder can be used in any form of power system equipment or wiring mode, including generator, transformer equipment, unit wiring, double bus and other complex systems.
